I've spent the last two years navigating debilitating back pain and have undergone various treatments to mitigate it, all to no avail.

After fighting the healthcare system a little, from exaggerating symptoms to doctors so that they'll take me seriously to arguing with insurance over what is and is not covered, we've discovered that my gallbladder needs to be removed, there are suspicious tumors that may or may not be cancerous, and I supposedly have a blood disorder that causes complications to fixing all of these things.

So many wonderful people have asked what they can do to help, and the truth is financial support makes the biggest difference.

The good (?) news is that gallbladder surgery will cost the entirety of what my out of pocket deductible is for the year, which means I will have access to all the further testing and subsequent treatment still needed. The bad news is that being a medical experiment makes it difficult to work, and the initial copays are exorbitant.

This fundraiser is to help cover the cost of bills and copays for the next two months so that I am able to get more answers, come up with a care plan, and get the treatment I need.
