Ronnie Lochiatto Memorial

It is with heavy hearts that The RCG North Andover team at East and West Mill share the news of the passing of beloved long time Maintenance Technician, Ronnie Lochiatto.

Hired in November 2009, Ronnie was one of the North Andover Team's longest team members. Ronnie cared deeply about the buildings at East and West Mill and was dedicated to his work here. Even after he was no longer working on site he was keeping up with the team and how the buildings were running especially the boiler rooms.

All of our tenants, commercial and residential, our vendors, and anyone who spent time with Ronnie at The Mills knew what a fun loving and sarcastic guy he was. No one ever had anything but positive words to say about Ronnie. He always got the job done with a smile on his face.

As many of you may know Ronnie's son, Ross, recently joined the maintenance team here at The Mills after graduating high school at the beginning of summer 2023. All tenants who have met Ross know what a hardworking young man he is, and that he is always willing to help. He was so excited to start following in his dad's footsteps here at The Mills. The RCG North Andover Team would love to help Ross and his family at this time in his life in Ronnie's absence. Please consider donating if you are able to do so. We know Ross and his family are so very grateful for every donation and all of the support from the community here at East and West Mill during this difficult time.

Services will be held Thursday August 24 from 4-7pm at Breen Memorial Funeral Home on Merrimack Street North Andover.
