My name is Ysabella Vallarta and I am organizing this fundraiser for my dad on behalf of my family back in the Philippines.

My father, Ronaldo Vallarta a 56 year old Healthcare worker in the Philippines was rushed to the hospital on May 5, 2025, due to difficulty breathing. The doctors discovered that his lungs and heart were filled with fluid. He was admitted to the ICU for seven days for close monitoring. After undergoing several tests, he was diagnosed with Coronary Artery Disease – 3-Vessel Disease. He urgently needs open-heart surgery (bypass) to save his life. The overall cost of the operation and rehabilitation / recovery is $50,000 CAD, which is far beyond what our family can afford.

He's always been the rock of our family, and seeing him in this condition is heartbreaking.
