John Guild here, son of Ronald J. Guild, who passed away this week at the age of 97.

Ron was a Korean War veteran and treasured his Honor Flight to Washington, DC in 2022.

In lieu of flowers, we are asking those so moved to make a donation here which will remember Ron with a small plaque remembering his service at American Dunes - a golf course dedicated to veterans and supports the mission of Folds of Honor, which provides scholarships to the families of fallen and disabled soldiers and first responders. Anything that remains after that will split equally between Folds of Honor, Tunnel to Towers, and Honor Flight Chicago.

All three benefit either veterans themselves, or survivors of fallen or disabled veterans or first responders.
