Ronald Bolton Needs Our Help After Stroke
Donation protected
This is Mr. Ronald Bolton. Husband, father, grandfather, brother. For over 50 years, Ronnie has devoted his life to the service industry, often saying that he'll work the jobs that no one else will. For nearly the past decade, he's been employed as a driver, delivering seafood to the various restaurants throughout the New Orleans area. If you've ever eaten and enjoyed seafood in New Orleans and surrounding parishes, chances are Mr. Ronald was responsible for its delivery.
Earlier this month, Ronald suffered a near-fatal stroke, which resulted in paralysis on his left side. His medical prognosis and future return to employment are very much in doubt, and although his employer provided some temporary funds, the fact remains that if you don't work, you don't get paid.
It's not unusual for many of us working-class people that missing two or three payrolls would result in experiencing a serious financial hardship. Well, it's been nearly a month, and with medical, mortgage, auto, and living expenses mounting, Mr. Ronald and his family's hardship is real. Our goal is to the right of your screen, but any help will do. If you've ever known or worked with any of these "old school" men, please donate whatever you can.
Keep your thoughts and prayers up for brother Ronald and his family. Thanks.
