Ron suffered a heart attack on Tuesday 10/6/2020 at 5:45am. He had 100% blockage on the left side of his heart and had a stent inserted . The doctors had to shock his heart to get the rhythm back. Due to his co-workers calling 911 and the EMTs getting him to the hospital so fast, his heart will heal.
A rare complication with his lungs caused by the blood thinner medication, is prolonging his time on the ventilator with sedation.
The prognosis is day to day, and the nurses update us daily.
We are creating the fund to help with medical expenses and possible prolonged healthcare. He will be out of work for awhile and he will receive only 60% of his salary from State Disability.
Ron and Elena(Sissy) have so many friends and family that want to help. This will ease the burden for both of them to focus on healing while knowing all of us from all areas of the world are doing what we can to help.
