This is pretty hard to do but as some of you may or may not know, my dad was diagnosed with the dreaded ALS or motor neurone disease last August. Since then it has taken a while to adjust to life knowing that every minute spent with him is so precious.

To me he is an absolute hero, carrying on as best as he could and giving two fingers to this awful illness. I'm proud of him for that and therefore I want to be able to help him during this journey and try and make his life more comfortable.

I want to raise money for him so that as the condition gets worse, we can make his life more comfortable. Therefore I have decided to undertake a few challenges and raise as much as I can. The first one being the Fleet half marathon!! Any donations would be appreicated and your support and motivation too!

I will hopefully post updates as I begin my training and also updates about my dad.
