Ron Bercume was, simply put, an amazing person. 

He leaves in his wake a legacy of standing up for the people around him: friends, family and strangers alike. Few people pass through this world with his perseverance and dedication for fighting righteous battles. It's an inspiration that needs to be cherished and carried forward by those his life touched.

I've started this GoFundMe for Ron's kids, both with the hopes that they'll receive a leg up financially and also so they might come to understand just how wide his presence was in this world, both now and as they grow older.

In the end: The man had a huge heart, always. I'm hoping the community around him is able to reciprocate, as he would, however they're able.
