Hola a todos y todas. Mi nombre es Cristina, soy de Málaga y antes de nada quiero agradeceros el tiempo de leer mi historia y el motivo de esta campaña.

Soy una chica que siendo menor de edad, fue manipulada y abusada por alguien en quien confiaba plenamente. Mi profesor en secundaria.

Por desgracia no soy la única víctima, somos múltiples.

Esta persona abusaba de su poder y las desafortunadas circunstancias personales de sus alumnas para manipularlas en un proceso lento y estudiado y tenerlas bajo control el máximo tiempo posible y así acabar obteniendo gratificación sexual. Durante años y años. Con el silencio cómplice de muchas personas que vieron las alertas y no hicieron nada.

Tras más de 4 años de un largo y lentísimo proceso judicial hemos conseguido llevarle a juicio que tendrá lugar en septiembre de 2025. Únicamente otra de las víctimas y yo somos de las pocas personas que después de dar el paso de denunciar, alzar la voz y luchar por la justicia junto a nuestra abogada, hemos conseguido que la Audiencia Provincial de Málaga nos escuche.

Este proceso judicial está siendo muy duro y muy costoso tanto emocional como económicamente y a día de hoy, no puedo asumir sola los gastos legales que implica seguir adelante: abogados, procuradores y pruebas periciales.

Por eso necesito tu ayuda. Necesito reunir 9.000 € para cubrir los gastos y poder mantener la denuncia y sobre todo que juntos evitemos más víctimas en el futuro.

Cada aportación, grande o pequeña, me ayuda a seguir. Cada gesto de apoyo me recuerda que no estoy sola.

Todo el dinero irá destinado exclusivamente a cubrir los gastos judiciales de esta causa. Subiré todos los documentos que lo acrediten.

Hello everyone. My name is Cristina, I’m from Málaga, and first of all, I want to thank you for taking the time to read my story and the reason behind this campaign.

I am someone who, as a minor, experienced a deeply painful situation involving someone I fully trusted, my highschool teacher.

Sadly, I was not the only one.

For years, many warning signs were ignored by those who could have helped.

After more than four years of a long legal process, we’ve managed to take the case to trial, which is scheduled for September 2025.

Only another affected person and I, after speaking out and fighting for justice with the support of our lawyer, have succeeded in being heard by the Provincial Court of Málaga.

This legal process has been extremely difficult and expensive, both emotionally and financially. Right now, I cannot afford the legal costs on my own: legal representation and expert reports

That’s why I need your help. I need to raise €9,000 to cover these expenses and keep the case going.

Every contribution, big or small, helps me keep going. Every gesture of support reminds me that I am not alone.

Ciao a tutti. Mi chiamo Cristina, sono di Málaga e prima di tutto voglio ringraziarvi per aver dedicato del tempo a leggere la mia storia e il motivo di questa campagna.

Sono una persona che, da minorenne, ha vissuto una situazione molto dolorosa causata da qualcuno di cui si fidava completamente, il mio professore della scuola media.

Purtroppo non sono stata l’unica.

Per anni, molti segnali d’allarme sono stati ignorati da chi avrebbe potuto aiutare.

Dopo oltre quattro anni di un lungo processo legale, siamo riuscite a far fissare un processo per settembre 2025.

Solo un'altra persona coinvolta ed io, dopo aver denunciato e alzato la voce, siamo riuscite ad ottenere che il Tribunale Provinciale di Málaga ci ascoltasse, con il supporto della nostra avvocata.

Questo processo è stato molto difficile e costoso, sia emotivamente che economicamente. Al momento non posso affrontare da sola tutte le spese legali: rappresentanza legale e perizie.

Per questo ho bisogno del tuo aiuto. Devo raccogliere 9.000 € per coprire queste spese e portare avanti il caso.

Ogni contributo, grande o piccolo, mi aiuta ad andare avanti. Ogni gesto di supporto mi ricorda che non sono sola.
