Romeo Needs Your Help to Come Home

Romeo, my former rodeo drill team partner and a beloved companion to Pluto, is currently in quarantine after a strangles outbreak and is awaiting final testing before he can come home. Pluto misses him dearly, and I'm hoping to reunite them as soon as possible.
