Romell Menter road to recovery

Hello my name is Romell I’m an 34 year old Sous Chef from Chicago. On May 26th around 12:45 AM while on my way home from work I decided to take an ebike home when I was struck by an hit and run driver that left me in the street. When I came too I noticed I couldn’t stand on my left foot I thought it was a sprain ankle so I called a ride and put ice on my foot. The next morning I woke up in excruciating pain so I went to the hospital to find out that I had a two broke Metatarsus in my foot and fractured a piece of my ankle which I had to get surgery of a two plates and a screw in my foot. It definitely been a life changing experience and I have to learn to walk again and go thru rehabilitation but thru prayers and positive energy I’m thankful to be alive and thanks for all the support of my family, friends and coworkers as I transition to this new stage in life thanks you all I would appreciate any amount you can spare for medical and living expenses until I get back to work, thanks you all for anything that you can spare I’m beyond gratitude and appreciate it from the bottom of my heart.
