Jon's Superman Lymphoma Battle
Donation protected
Jon truly is Superman. Not only does Jon love the DC Comic hero but he also is a super man in every aspect of his life! A father to two beautiful little girls, Susannah and Molly, and recently one foster daughter, a husband to an amazing stay at home mom and Arbonne manager, Kara, and a 9th grade English teacher and drop out prevention educator.
On January 17th, Jon received the life altering news that he has gray-zone lymphoma. This rare lymphoma is a combination of Hodgkins and non-Hodgkins that is being treated as aggressive lymphoma. With the severity of this diagnosis Jon started chemotherapy treatment just three days later.
Jon and Kara are full of fight and ready to tackle the coming months of chemo treaments, hospital visits and medications.

Jon will be receiving treament through mid July, at least, so they'll lose his night school salary and he'll be on sick leave from his teaching position. With Jon's income as the primary at home they really will need some financial support on this journey. Gas for the many trips back and forth, food, medication and basic needs for the girls. All donations are welcome but we're really trying to get to a goal of at least $18,500.
Jon is also trying a Ketogenic diet so donations of Keto food items or help with food prep is greatly appreciated as well. If you can help with food prep and odd tasks around the Roman's home, please see the link below to sign up.
Helping Hands - Volunteer to Prep Food and Help Out!
Please spread the word! Jon and Kara are young and have a long life ahead of them so let's help them get through this bump in the road so they can continue to give their daughters the happy childhood they deserve!
