The Gospel to Arizona

Hello, my name is Somtoo Okorie, I’m 22 years old and a part of BLW GraceCity Campus Ministry USA Region 2 Zone A. Last year I gave my life to Christ and joined the ministry, and ever since then, God has been so faithful. In just one year, I’ve grown more than I ever have in my entire life. When our man of God, Pastor Chris, declared 2025 the Year of Completeness and told us to act like we’re the only ones left to preach the Gospel, something stirred deeply in me. I began preaching the Gospel to my friends, family, and through my business—and by God’s grace, I’ve won over 200 souls to Christ so far. Earlier this year, I traveled to Arizona on a missions trip and led over 30 people to Christ. I couldn’t explain it, but Arizona felt like home. Before I left, my subgroup coordinator asked, “If everything were paid for, would you stay here?” and I said yes without hesitation. Months later, I attended Soul Winners Congress in Nigeria, and during that time, my hunger and understanding for soul winning grew even deeper. I made a personal pledge to preach the Gospel to all nations, and like Paul said in 1 Corinthians 9:16, “Woe is me if I preach not the Gospel.” I knew I was carrying the answer to people’s needs. While praying, God told me to go where there is no GraceCity and start a church. As I kept praying, I heard “by faith,” and then God gave me Hebrews 11:8 about Abraham leaving by faith for a land God would show him. I hadn’t studied that verse before, but it confirmed everything. Arizona is where He’s calling me, and now I’m stepping out by faith. I’m believing God to move to Arizona permanently The ending of July 2025, build a life, go back to school, while growing multiple cells and Planting GraceCity church.
