It is with tremendous regret that yesterday, on Sunday, June 14th, my best friend Julia Popov lost her brother at 39 years of age. He fell off the cliff at Point Arena lighthouse. Roman was gifted and talented, loyal friend. He was a father of two young children, wonderful brother and a loving son. We have started this page to help his family with future financial obligations, funeral expenses that will surely arise. He will be missed eternally.
