
ROLLING QUARTERS
Hello,
I am Ryan Catchings, sole owner and head chef of ROLLING QUARTERS (New Orleans Cuisine food provider). ROLLING QUARTERS was established in 2014 with the idea of providing healthy grilled food, with a "NAWLINS" spin on it. ROLLING QUARTERS is totally a organic/locally owned and operated business. Initially we received notice by catering small local events such as Weddings, Repasses', Graduations and Birthday parties. ROLLING QUARTERS soon gained popularity from these events, which led to catering large holiday events. These holiday events brought even more popularity to ROLLING QUARTERS with the introduction of "CLYDE"(the Cajun injected deep fried turkey). ROLLING QUARTERS even gained notoriety from daytime talk show celebrity "Rachel Ray" and was actually being considered as a cooking guest on her show before the Covid-19 epidemic arrived.
ROLLING QUARTERS is totally invested into the community as well. This past Christmas, ROLLING QUARTERS had it's first annual homeless food drive, where we cooked and provided meals and toiletries for over 100 of the New Orleans' less fortunate.
Because of constant growth, the ambition to expand, and in order to supply the increase in demand for our services, we at ROLLING QUARTERS feel that it will be only wise to construct a cookshack where we can facilitate large orders on a regular basis.
The cookshack will be constructed on my existing home property(in my backyard) which already has:
1.EXISTING CONCRETE SLAB
2.PLUMBING FOR KITCHEN AND BATHROOM
3. A GAS LINE FOR KITCHEN
WE NEED TO RAISE MONEY FOR THE COMPLETION OF THE FOLLOWING:
1. FRAMING
2. INSULATION
3. SHEETROCK
4. INTERIOR AND EXTERIOR PAINT
5. 2 DOORS AND 2 WINDOWS
6. LAMINATE FLOORS
The dimensions of the Cookshack will be: 10 ft wide x 20 ft long x 9 ft height.
The Cookshack we'll also have a covered front porch for tables and seating.
All construction will be handled by GALMON INTERNATIONAL-(a locally owned and operated construction company with over 15 years of residential, commercial, and governmental experience)
CURRENTLY ALL FOOD IS BEING PREPARED IN MY HOME, IN MY KITCHEN, WHICH MAKES IT VERY DIFFICULT TO FACILITATE LARGE ORDERS.
WITH THE CONSTRUCTION OF
"THE ROLLING QUARTERS COOKSHACK"
WE WILL BE ABLE TO DO DAILY FOOD PLATES FOR SALE, INSTEAD OF WEEKLY PLATES FOR SALE.
AND WE WILL ALSO BE ABLE TO FACILITATE LARGER ORDERS.
WE'LL HAVE MORE SPACE, STORAGE AND ABILITY TO CREATE MORE WITHOUT DISTURBING THE LIFESTYLE OF MY FAMILY.
I'M AFRAID THAT WITHOUT THIS COOKSHACK I CANNOT GROW AND)OR FACILITATE A LARGE ORDER.
