In memory of Rollie Grandbois
Donation protected
Rollie Grandbois left us on May 5, 2016 for his journey with the ancestors. Born in Belcourt, North Dakota on September 8, 1954 and moved to Santa Fe, New Mexico in 1979. Rollie graduated from the Institute of American Indian Arts and been creating exceptional sculpture for over 35 years.
Rollie's daughter, Shayna Rose Grandbois, and his son, Kody Lee Keplin are fundraising for funeral expenses. Funds are needed as soon as possible to help Shayna and Kody pay for memorial services in both Santa Fe and Belcourt. If there are any remaining funds after final expenses are paid, a scholarship will be awarded to a promising young Native American artist.
Rollie was a friend to many and was loved by all. Any financial assistance you can provide will mean so much to the family and will help give him the special send off he so deserves. The family will be extremely thankful for your support. May he journey in peace and his spirit fly high with the eagles.
