Hi everyone! Surprise!!!! I’m getting Facial Feminization Surgery! FFS has been a dream and goal of mine for years! As a trans person I have experienced day to day gender dysphoria around my face for as long as I can remember. This feeling stretches back long before I had the capacity to understand my own gender identity. While I don’t care to elaborate on my insecurities online- I have been medically transitioning in an intentional way that validates myself, and my natural features that may not have been uplifted by western beauty standards, or adhering the pressures placed on tgirls to perform femininity by suppressing anything that may be seen as masculine. In that I feel like now I’m in a really good place with myself to undergo this life changing surgery! I’m set to get my face done in the winter of 2024/25! The goal I have listed is to help with recovery and aid in paying for about 2 months of rent and other expenses I have like food and such as I will be out of work recovering!

To be honest I am really scared. FFS is an intensive ass surgery, but I’m more than willing to go to any lengths to feel okay in the vessel I have been given, and my face is the start of that journey.
