Roland‘s (from El Patio) Fund

Roland has worked at El Patio Mexican Restaurant for 50 years. He is such a hard worker and is always so dedicated to what he does. He has previously had two bouts of cancer and had to have a stem cell transplant. He recently had to have his leg amputated due to complications from diabetes. He is now disabled and unable to work.
