Roland Jesse Guillen

On behalf of my siblings and I, we are wanting to assist my parents in this difficult time. We are asking for donations, if you feel in your heart you should share, we are beyond grateful.

Saturday, August 13th, Roland was driving to work for his 7:00 am shift; he fell asleep behind the wheel. This caused him to wreck his truck, he was ejected from the vehicle, which we now find as a blessing in disguise. The impact was so severe to the brain, causing him to be brain dead.

A witness saw him veer into the grass and rushed to his aid. However, all of the damages were internal, which is the hardest part. He was rushed to the hospital within 30 minutes of the crash.

Roland opted to be an organ donor, giving us plenty of time to be at his side. He underwent surgery Tuesday morning, and he donated his Heart, Liver, and Kidneys.

We are saddened yet amazed to know that he will allow others to live on.
