Roland and Beth Brubaker vehicle replacement

Hi, my name is Curtiss Kanagy, and I am fundraising for Roland and Beth Brubaker, friends of mine for many years. They moved from Philadelphia to the little town of East Waterford. Their faith in God is strong even though It has sometimes been challenging for them, but now they need a God miracle. The engine in their only vehicle needs to be replaced or a different car purchased.

From Roland: I don't usually post things about my private life. I have been dealing with a deep sickness for over two years now. I have a brain stress disorder that gives me vertigo that prevents me from working a regular job. I have had three jobs since moving out to East Waterford and lost all of them because of my health.

Beth Brubaker and I have been searching for jobs that we can do since June. Beth finally found one that hired her in Carlisle, an hour's drive away. She is excited about this place. She is to start on Tuesday.

Today, our van engine failed. We are dead in the valley. Beth needs the van to get to her new job. We have used everything we had to stay afloat with my sickness and bills. Brianna Brubaker has been a blessing in paying bills. She will return to college next week and is starting a new chapter in her life.

We have no vehicle to get to a job that would bring in money. We have no money to fix the van or purchase a small car.

In a way, I feel lost. I don't know what to do. But... I know Jesus is in control. We have seen our Provider fill our provision time after time. I don't know when He will fix this one or how. But, we must put our trust in God and move forward.
