Rogue & Steves house fire recovery fund

Hey folks, as you probably know, Rogue & I were burned/flooded out of our home on 12/13/22, we did not have renters insurance.

The house is a total loss and is expected to take a minimum of a year to rebuild for habitation.

This has major effects on every aspect of our life. Besides the need to replace everything we owned, the main issues now are; work and transportation.

Living at the house where we were, I haven't needed transportation for many months, but that is no longer the situation.

The ride I had to my part-time job is no longer available and I can't just leave Rogue here at the hotel while I work because he barks at everything if I'm not here (thankfully the hotel staff have been understanding so far).

Long story short-- we need to get a vehicle asap!

This is a tough hit! Not only financially but mentally as well.

Things had just started to get on track again after getting screwed out of the Oregon farm 18 months ago, I had planned to be registering for school on the night the house burned. Maybe next semester...

This gofund me was really hard to set-up because I have a hard time asking for help. Normally I take the punch and get right back up but this time I could really use some helping hands.
