My sister's husband of 22 years has suddenly been diagnosed with a very painful case of bone cancer. Osteosarcoma
It is a fast growing cancer they have started treating with Chemo and possibly removing part of his leg soon.  
He cannot work and is bed ridden on pain medicines and side effects of the chemo.
My sister is holding the family together with the 1 income, but it's not going to be enough to pay the bills.  They have 2 young children and all they know is Daddy is getting medicine for his knee.
