Help Veteran Medic & Family Fix Car

Donation protected
I'm a Disabled Military Medic. I've been to both Iraq and Afghanistan. My family and I were homeless three years ago. Since then we went from renting, to purchasing our home last year.

In the last year I have become an independent contractor for employment, and am absolutely dependent on my work vehicle.

As of yesterday, when my Subaru threw a rod through the engine block, I have been through 5 cars in a year.

My wife is a full time student, and I'm supposed to start RN school in September.

We've exhausted all options. Banks, lenders, aid organizations, and family have done all they can for us.

I must raise money for repairs/replacement of my car (needs a new engine), that I drive nearly one thousand miles a week.

Things were starting to really look good, but without your help,  we'll be back where we were in 2012.

It feels almost shameful to ask,  but sometimes when all hope is gone, the only thing to do... is hope anyway.
