My father, Roger McMurrin, turned 80 on August 7, 2019! I asked him after he blew out the candles on his birthday cake, "What wish do you want to see happen in your 80th year?" His response "I want to bring a Christmas concert with a full orchestra to Lebanon, OH... A gift for this wonderful community we are now calling home."

My parents, Roger and Diane, recently moved back permanently to the US after serving in Kiev, Ukraine for 25 years. My father, former conductor of the Kiev Symphony Orchestra and Chorus, has produced magnificent concerts all around the world. Christmas concerts are his favorite and he can't think of a better way to celebrate.

The money raised will go toward professional musicians and soloists which will be recruited from nearby orchestras in Cincinnati and Cleveland. It will also be used for staging and marketing materials.

Lebanon Presbyterian Church has embraced this idea and will be the concert location. The money will go directly to Lebanon Presbyterian Church to pay for the expenses. All contributions are tax deductible.

Let's make this Roger's best birthday by bringing the message of Jesus birth to the Lebanon community in a grand celebration!
