Update on Roger Wang and his family!

Roger has been in China now for four months. During this time he has enjoyed the freedom to call and talk to Anna and the girls anytime he wants and to talk with friends. Roger is slowly getting accustomed to life in China while actively pursuing his return to the US. Currently he is working with a legal team experienced in immigration returns to the US, located in New York City and long time friend of the Wang family.

At the same time, Roger and Anna have decided to have Anna self deport and join Roger in China so that together they can return home to the US and join once again with their girls and family. The court hearing happened last week and they are waiting on the final decision by the ICE prosecutor to approve the self deportation for Anna.

Roger’s rental property in Johnson City has become a big problem. The renter’s have taken advantage of Roger’s situation and not paid the rent in over a year, forcing Roger to pay the utilities and taxes out of his own pocket. We have been assisting the family and lawyer with establishing eviction proceedings and a court date is scheduled for September 2nd, 2026.
