Roger "Mac" Patrick Family

Hello, my name is Kayla Hornor and I truly appreciate you taking the time to read our story. Recently, my father-in-law required an unexpected heart procedure in Okalahoma city and hotel expenses for my mother and brother in- law are starting to add up.

I am creating this gofund me on behalf of my Mother-in-law, Teresa Patrick. Teresa and Mac are some of the most giving and supportive individuals I have been blessed with as in-laws, right now they need our support. If you would like to assist with their financial burden, any donation would be greatly appreciated. All funds raised will go to their hotel, food and medical expenses during my father-in-law's hospital stay.

We are unsure how long Mac will be in the hospital, but we will keep you updated as much as possible during this time. Teresa, Josh, Jeffrey and I along with the rest of the Patrick family appreciate all the outpouring of love and well wishes over the last couple of weeks and undoubtedly over the days to come.
