Short term disability and help with medical bills

Hi my name is Keisha  I know a very good man who has helped so many people and he is facing a true tragedy and although he won’t ask God told me to ask for him his name is Roderick Rowan, also known to friends and associates as "Roger Bonds The General". He has a loving family of which he's the sole provider. He suffers from diabetes and I've never seen him allow it to stop him or be a hinderance, but things have taken a turn in a different direction. He developed what he thought was just a bunion but turned out to be a diabetic ulcer on his right foot. For weeks he continued to work through the pain knowing he has to do what needs to be done to make ends meet. He's self employed, the owner/operator of Roger Bonds Logistics, so every check matters. Once the pain became unbearable, we convinced him to go back to the doctor who immediately admitted him to the hospital. There, he had to undergo an emergency surgery to amputate his big toe on his right foot. Roderick is currently still in the hospital and has a long road to recovery ahead of him. The things most of us take for granted he'll have to re-learn. He'll need physical therapy to teach him how to balance, walk, and adjust to this new lifestyle without a toe. This situation has made a major impact on his quality of life and ability to provide for his family as he heals. I'm asking for assistance to help pay for medical bills, adaptive equipment, and to help his family maintain until he's well enough to work again.
