This Go Fund Me has been established to assist the family of Chef Rogelio Popoca.  Over the past 6 months Rogelio’s wife, Tina, has been suffering from multiple life threatening medical conditions and has undergone 3 surgeries and 2 organ transplants during that time.  After a recent period of improved condition, her body succumbed and she passed away late last week.  We at Medinah are grief stricken alongside our brother Rogelio and would like to humbly ask for your support to help Rogelio and his family to cover bereavement costs as well as the vast medical bills he is faced with.  Any contribution would be much appreciated and would greatly help to support our friend in this time of crisis. 
Although Go Fund Me requires a goal set amount, the goal is set to an arbitrary number. No amount of money will absolve his heartbreak, but may help with the financial burden.
