Hadden Landscape is announcing a gofundme campaign for the family of Rodrigo Malpica, who died suddenly on Wednesday, June 16, 2021 at the age of 63. We are raising money to help his family through this tough time.
Rodrigo was born in Mexico and had been a resident of Pahokee, Florida for the past 25 years. He is survived by his wife Maria. and his children; Rosalinda, Norma Patricia, Samantha, Abigail, his son Jesus Rodrigo, along with 10 grandchildren, all residents of Mexico.
His life is an example of the American dream- coming to America to work hard to provide a better life for his family. He was a 23 year employee of Hadden Landscape, serving as a Foreman on the landscape installation and design crew. Matt Hadden, owner of Hadden Landscape said “ Rodrigo had the eye for landscaping, which is something that can’t be taught. He was an excellent teacher and trained all of our new staff and was well liked and respected by everyone. He was someone who never got mad about anything. We have all lost a member of our family and a brother”!!
Since March of 2017, Rodrigo has played a key role in several major landscape projects; the redesign and installation at the Hard Rock Stadium, the Tennis Facility for the Miami Open, the Baptist Health Practice Facility for the Miami Dolphins, and for the past 11 weeks he had been working on the Formula One track being installed around the Hard Rock Stadium in Miami Gardens.
We all share along with his family in the loss of a great man.
