Rodrigo Gonzalez Carbajal is an ESL student who has been going through the proper channels to become a citizen. Rodrigo Gonzalez Carbajal has applied for asylum, has a work permit, and has a Social Security card, yet he was still detained by immigration.

He was simply driving home from a soccer game and was near his home when he was pulled over for going 5 miles over the speed limit. What should have been a minor traffic stop turned into something far more serious, and Rodrigo and his family are devastated.

This fundraiser will help pay for an immigration attorney for Rodrigo Gonzalez Carbajal. Funds will also help with expenses of traveling back and forth to the facility in Springfield. Immigration attorney help is needed immediately, and this support can help him get the representation he needs during this urgent situation.

Please consider donating or sharing this fundraiser to support Rodrigo Gonzalez Carbajal right now. Any help can make a real difference as he faces this detention and works to protect his future.
