Rodney's Unexpected Car Repair Need

Hello my friends, this is Rodney Johnson. I don't typically do this, but I could really use your help.

As you all know, my mother passed away recently, and her funeral was held this week in Rochester, NY. We drove up here instead of flying. Along the way, we had some mechanical issues with my vehicle. It eventually stopped working completely, 61 miles from our hotel, leaving us stranded off the interstate, in the middle of nowhere, and in the middle of the night. Needless to say, we had to be towed from that spot to the hotel. Of course, that came with a significant cost as well.

Long story short, I had the car checked out, and I was told the transmission was toast and it needs to be replaced. You can probably guess that my stress level at this point is through the roof. So, to replace the transmission, it's gonna cost a minimum of $6000, and take 1-2 weeks to fix it. So, if any of you can help me out, I would be eternally grateful. Thank you all in advance.
