Rodney Venegas

Hello everyone, on December 31, 2021 afternoon while with his brother, Rodney felt a tremendous headache that made him dizzy and lost his balance, as his brother rushed him to the ER he began to feel even worse along the way. He arrived at the STAT ER still able to speak but things suddenly took a turn for the worse and he went into cardiac arrest. Just like that, a healthy extremely active husband was fighting for his life. While paramedics were able to bring him back, the time he was under was too extensive and the damage was too severe that he succumbed on January 2, 2022.

 

Rodney leaves behind 2 grandkids and 5 kids which includes Gabriel, Dany, and Janie (all adults) but also my sister his wife Rosario with their 2 boys Michael 14yo and Jesus 13yo.

 

He also leaves behind his parents and an enormous amount of extended family which was by his side as soon as word got out that he was rushed to the ER. An entire army of family day and night waiting, hoping, praying for his healing.

 

I am doing this fundraiser with my sister Rosario's permission to try to help in any way we can to ease some of the burden that comes with losing a father and a partner. No amount of help will ever replace the void left behind by his loss but we can help ease the pain. We ask if you are not able to provide financial help to please say a prayer for his eternal rest and a prayer for his family that his wife and kids can have the strength to overcome this trauma.
