Help Rodney Ochoa's family after his passing

Aloha family and friends,
It is with heavy hearts that our family announces that our beloved Rodney Ochoa Jr. has gone home to Jesus
February 5, 2023.
He unexpectedly experienced a major brain bleed on February 2nd. Due to the size of the bleed, unfortunately, the doctors were unable to do any further lifesaving methods. Regardless, He continued to fight and fight he did in true Rodney fashion! After three days of holding on he passed peacefully on the 5th.
His passing is felt throughout the whole island. The community impact that he’s had on our beautiful island for the last 30 years truly extends that wide. He’s built countless homes from the west side to the Northshore. But his life’s work was for the families at Island School where he worked for nearly 30 years caretaking the expansive school property and building it up to the immaculate school it is today.
His presence and workmanship will forever be felt and seen by anyone who walks on that campus. Island School was built on Rodney’s back and he did it all for the children.
If you knew him, there was nothing he wouldn’t do for you or buy for you. We all knew him by his generosity, incredible work ethic and a “no quit” attitude. And he blessed thousands upon thousands with those qualities.
Rodney was the cornerstone of his family- He was a loving husband to his wife, Stacey, the greatest dad to their son, Trey, and the best bonus dad to Catherine, Aaron and Camille. He was the best "Pops", always giving treats to all his grandkids. A brother like no other to Susan, Jennifer, Emily and Justin. And a loving son to Rodney Sr., Ann and Lana. And to all of you, his friends, he was the loyalist of them all.
Many have asked how you can help or support his wife, Stacey and son, Trey so we made this page for any who feel led to help them with unforeseen bills, medical expenses, and expenses moving forward as he was their primary provider.
Thank you all for your prayers, love and support during this incredibly difficult time. We appreciate you so very much.
John 3:16 - "For God so loved the world that he gave His one and only Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life."
