Rodney Kittelson

Rod Kittelson has quite a resume. He is a son, a father, a husband, and a Fargo hero. Through his guidance and education efforts, he has changed the face of mental healthcare in our community.  He is a wonderful caregiver, teacher, and mentor to everyone he meets in his personal and professional life. Anyone who knows him will say he is one of the calmest, gentlest people they’ve had the pleasure to meet. His selfless devotion to safe and quality mental healthcare has touched so many lives, it is difficult to quantify the effect this one man has had on the people of the F/M area. 

Recently, he experienced some catastrophic health issues, including a quadruple coronary bypass. His wife and sons are taking outstanding care of him, however, they are struggling to pay the astronomical medical costs associated with these issues. The money raised by this Gofundme will go toward paying medical costs and helping offset lost wages due to Rod’s need for family caregivers. We are seeking to help a man who has helped so many people in our community, from patients and their families to the staff he has mentored. A donation of any monetary amount is greatly appreciated!
