We recently lost our dad on October 30, 2016. He had a history of Congestive Heart Failure and has been in and out of hospitals with heart issues for years. Last week he went into the hospital with abdominal pain. He was in the ICU while they tried to figure out the cause. This past Monday, they felt he was doing better so they were going to discharge him. Later on that day our dad had a serious heart attack and it caused him not to be able to pump enough blood from his heart to his other organs and his liver and kidneys began to fail. We were told on Monday that he probably wouldn't make it through the night, but like the fighter we have always known him to be, he held on and even came to and fought hard enough to give us all a couple more good days. He allowed us a few more good memories and a chance to say goodbye. There are six of us children and the funeral is a lot but he didn't have life insurance. Everything will be put on the shoulders of us kids. The total funeral cost will be $6,300 at bare minimum we have gathered some money but still have a long way to go. We appreciate any donations and we sincerely thank you in advance.
