Rodney Fernando's COVID Relief Fund

Hi, my name is Monica Fierro, and I am reaching out on behalf of Antoinette and Rodney Fernando. Antoinette is a family friend I consider a cousin and someone I've known my entire life. Antoinette met her best friend and the love of her life, Rodney Fernando, and they married in 2011. Together, they created a beautiful family with their children, Raymond, Ryan, and Alyssa.

In 2020 during the COVID pandemic, Rodney was diagnosed with COVID-19. He was admitted to the hospital on December 24, 2020, where he began the fight of his life. Rodney endured numerous surgeries and procedures related to his diagnosis and had many setbacks and relapses in his health. He remained hospitalized with hope, prayer, and faith from his family, friends, and loved ones to recover and come home again. On July 28th, 2022, Rodney finally made his way home. He made his way home to the heavens, where he joined his loved ones and now awaits his beloved family.

A life come and gone, but that lives on…. here on earth through the love we share for him and through his beautiful wife and children. Rodney now lives on pain-free, with his wings looking down on his family and watching over his loved ones.

Antoinette took on the role of mother and father, caring for their household, family, and bills while maintaining her job and visiting her loving husband every chance she had these past couple of years. She has remained strong, devoted, and motivated while fighting to bring home the love of her life, but now she needs our help.

As a family friend of Fernando's, I am asking for any contribution to help raise funds to provide relief for hospital bills, burial care, and any other financial relief this family in need may have at this time. We are genuinely grateful for any help you can provide.
