Rodger was a beloved husband, father, grandfather, sibling, cousin, uncle, friend and so much more. I've never known someone to love laughing so much. He made a point to make an impact on every person he came in contact with. His joy for life was contagious, even in the most challenging moments of his battle with cancer. He brought light to every room he entered and the world truly is a dimmer place in his absence. Nonetheless, his legacy lives on in the love he brought to those who knew him. We are all absolutely devastated by my father’s passing and my family is struggling to find the funds to cover the cost of the memorial. I have been encouraged to start a fundraiser to collect donations for my dad's burial service. Though my inclination is to be reluctant to ask, I know this must be done in order to honor my father’s life in the way he deserves. It humbles us to seek any assistance and it is our hope that the love of many can come together during this time of need for our family.
