My name is Sarah Lepper and I am Rod Lepper's daughter. My siblings, Amy, Rodney Jr., and I have started this fundraiser to help with the financial costs of our father’s cremation as well as provide as much financial support to his wife, Pam. 

Rod’s battle with cancer ended and he has sadly passed away on 02/22/25 at 3:30 pm. He was 

at home in his favorite chair, just as he wished. Pam and I were able to be with him to hold his hands for his last moments. The loss of our loved one is more painful than words can describe.

Rod was diagnosed with esophageal cancer in Jan after a tumor was found in his throat. We were told the devastating news that the cancer is stage 4 metastatic, spreading aggressively and is terminal with no chance of survival. The cancer spread quickly to his liver, stomach, lymph nodes, bone marrow, and after his last scan was believed to be moving towards his brain. After one round of chemo in hopes of prolonging his life, the chemo was proven unsuccessful in any type of prolongment, and our father made the choice to end chemo and complete his bucket list. Rod was such a strong man and was able to enjoy himself in Hawaii for a week and a half while having so many enjoyable experiences with his family and wife.

Our father’s wife, Pam, has taken care of our father every step of the way, all while balancing working to make ends meet, taking care of her own health, being an emotional support, as well as balancing her own emotions through this difficult time. Pam is an angel sent from above, so please consider donating to help providing as much financial support as possible now that my father has passed and Pam is on her own financially. Thank you all for your donations.
