Rod Golder Medical Expenses and Support for Living Expenses

I am posting this GoFundMe for my brother Rod Golder. Some that view this may now mum (Ruth Golder) and I. Rod has be sick for quite a while and Christmas Day 2024 he was admitted to hospital and they found a large 10cm growth in his bowel.

This has been another shock to our Family as we just lost my sister to bowel cancer 6 months ago which started in a similar way. Rod has tried to keep working between bouts of hospital stays and tests etc. this growth has a lot of infection around the area now. They have tried to treat him without surgery as it was so close to his bladder, but he has now got sicker. He has been admitted to hospital again on 25th April. He now has a hole in his Bladder and severe infection.

I am doing this as he has no back up funds , his line of work depends on fine weather , he does not get paid unless work is happening. He really needs assistance financially to help get through this period. Which at present we don't know how long that will be. As we have just found out a huge surgery is being done on May 22nd.. The Dr's have to treat the infection before this surgery.

So we are trusting the best outcome for our ROD. He is a son, brother ,father, and grandfather and friend.

We'd be so blessed by your help. As we all know bills, rent etc still have to be paid.
