Hello, my name is Chiarra. This is my dog Rocky. He is 4 years old and a pit mix short hair Shih Tzu. I've had him for a little over a year now and never experienced any kind of health problems until the beginning of February.

He started peeing blood, and I was very concerned. I checked Google, and his symptoms were bladder stones. I read that they should flush themselves out. But as time went on, he started going downhill. He doesn't want to eat, he's very fatigued, and has lost interest in everything.

February 23rd, sometime at night, he wasn't able to urinate. I made him a vet appointment, and they called back about 15 minutes later saying that he can't wait until morning; he has to go to the emergency vet now. I was able to take him, but they couldn't do much as I didn't have the funds for it. They were able to give him some medicine and drain his urine, but that was just a bandaid on the problem.

That was February 24th. It is now February 26th, 5:30 AM. I have him at State College Vet, and they are doing all they can. They were able to move the stones so he could at least pee. But the stones that he has need to be surgically removed. I'm making this to hopefully get the funds to save my boy.
