I’m raising money to cover Rocky’s emergency medical costs. Rocky became very sick on Wednesday and is in the animal hospital fighting an infection of Parvo. Parvo is a tough virus that causes puppies to become very dehydrated and lethargic, and requires intensive vet treatment in a 24hr facility for the best chance of survival. Rocky is the sweetest, most snuggly boy and we just want him to return to his normal self. Having just got Rocky a few days ago, it has been an emotional roller coaster having this terrible infection come about so quickly. One minute he was fine, the next he was not. My boyfriend and I have already covered some of the medical costs, but with the recovery for this virus there are many unexpected extra costs for different tests and medications that add up quickly. Donating anything you can could contribute to Rocky’s recovery and a long and healthy life after this, so thank you in advance for anything you can give. It’s awful to have to make a decision as a pet parent to give up on them or continue if you can afford the treatment. We don’t want to give up on Rocky, and want to do anything we can to increase his chance of getting through this.
