Rockford Rhythm is a program of Phantom Regiment in cooperation with Rockford Symphony Orchestra and Rockford Public Schools District 205. We strive to provide young students with an education in percussion, working toward the goal of preparing students with the necessary skills and knowledge required to succeed at a higher level.
