Rockey Robinette was a devoted dad to his two children and a loving husband of 28 years. Everyone who knew Rockey, knew he had a great sense of humor, loved to laugh and crack jokes. He could light up any room with his personality.

Rockey was a proud veteran. He served his country in the U.S. Army for over ten years including a combat tour in Bosnia. He was a correctional officer for over twenty years in the Bureau of Federal Prisons.

Rockey succumbed to his battle with stage 4 Gastroesophageal Adenocarcinoma, which metastasized to his brain, esophagus, spine and lungs.  His fight was extensive, which prolonged hospitalization and led to mounds of medical expenses.  Any donation is greatly appreciated and will go toward funeral services and medical expenses.
