If you’ve ever met Rockefeller, I don’t have to tell you how blessed we are to have him in this world.  He is more than a dog - he is the slobbery kisses and wagging tail Alisha has come home to for the last 7 1/2 years.  He is the BEST snuggler and fastest eater. 


He lovingly protects his family while still overwhelming guests with friendly affection.  Sweet Rockefeller has suddenly been diagnosed with Lymphoma and needs Chemo to be given hopefully another year with us.  This last weekend he was his normally, happy go lucky, lovey self and without warning on Saturday afternoon, he became lethargic and began favoring his back left leg.  He was taken to the vet on Monday and after sedation and some tests, he was sadly diagnosed. 


Chemo is crazy expensive but Alisha feels this is the right thing to do.  This has already taken a lot out of her these past few days emotionally and financially and if you know her she is dead against asking for a handout but sweet Rockefeller needs our help and he needs it now.  The plan is to start chemo today (the 5th of December) or tomorrow.  It is roughly $1000/month for 25 weeks.  

I would love to be able to take this financial burden off of Alisha so she can focus on being a mommy to Ellie and Rock.  If you can't give monetarily, no problem, pray and pray hard that he will be healed and pray that Alisha will make the right decisions regarding his health.  You have no idea how much we appreciate you even reading this and spreading the word about loving Rockefeller.  He is the most gentle animal whose heart is so full of love and joy.
