RockBots rule the World, Championships that is!!!

We are two middle school teams (Rock-G-Bots and RockBots 2929-A) from Miami, FL. After months of designing, building and testing our VEX / VEX IQ robots, we have classified to the C.R.E.A.T.E.  World Tournament and to the VEX / VEX IQ State Finals with the possibility to classify to the VEX / VEX IQ World Championship 2019 in Louisville, KY.

Both of these teams are world ranked!

Rock-G-Bots is the first "All Girls" team in their middle school and is one of the teams' favorite in all tournaments. Their dedication, ingenuity and craftsmanship ranks them among the best! Beware, looks are deceiving, they all are beautiful girls, but they are fierce when they enter the field!

The RockBots 2929-A is a team comprised of all sixth graders who started building robots only five months ago! These kids are truly exceptional and has ranked at the world level as a top 100 team and top 50 in the U.S.A. . Their programming skills and mastering of the "video game like" controls, has earned the respect of the top teams in the state, and most likely the world, at these tournaments!

Both teams members are gifted students who attend a Robotics Magnet Program in Miami, FL. These kids are the future of the country. Kids who are always innovating to make a difference in our lives. One of the gifted teachers said about one of our team members during their promotion last year: "This kid will most likely be known for designing your next Space X trip and working for NASA in the future".

Whether in technology or manufacturing, robotics is the future, Now! These exemplary students will make an impact! Please help them attend this life changing event by donating. We need to raise our funds by late March 2019 to secure our registration and travel arrangements.

Funds will be used to cover the expenses of lodging, transportation, shipping (robots) and tournament fees.
