Hello Rock Steady Sag Harbor and Hampton Bays!
- Coaches Michelle Del Giorno and Seth Greiner are headed to Orlando, FL 10/7-10/9 for a the annual International Rock Steady Boxing Coaches Conference
- Coach Michelle is a FINALIST for COACH OF THE YEAR!!! She will be teaching focus mitt drills to other coaches at one of the break out sessions
- We will learn awesome NEW TRAINING TECHNIQUES to bring home to our Rock Steady Community!
- We are hosting a SPECIAL FUNDRAISING Zoom Boxing class on SUNDAY 10/3 AT 10:30 AM to HELP RAISE $$$ to offset the cost of the trip!
- A portion of the $$$ raised will be donated to the Center for Parkinson's Disease at Stony Brook Southampton Hospital
- This class is for ALL LEVELS !It is open to boxers, family members, and caregivers! It will be fun, challenging, and full of cheese!!!
