Rock for Change Las Vegas

My name is Jeff Hinton, I am a high school teacher in Las Vegas Nevada. I have dedicated my life to helping young people realize their potential and believe that all kids, given the opportunity, can do amazing things.  

I am also a guitar player and musician who understands that rock 'n' roll has changed the world.  Now, I want to give back. I started a 501 (c) (3) non-profit after-school program called Rock for Change LV (R4C). https://rock4changelv.org/  R4C's mission is to empower economically disadvantaged young people to change not only their lives but their communities through the performance of rock 'n' roll music.  Think School of Rock for underserved students with a social justice mission.

We have raised over $1700 is instruments and equipment to put R4C in a second Las Vegas school but we still need to raise an additional $2225. Funds raised will be used to purchase guitars and amplifiers.
