Rocio es mi hermana, paraguaya de 32 años. Rocio esta actualmente cursando un Master en Educación Especial en la Universidad de Sydney por medio de una Beca otorgada por el gobierno paraguayo.
En Octubre ella ha sido diagnosticada con cáncer de cuello uterino. El tratamiento médico que necesita requiere de una suma importante de dinero. Rocio como estudiante becada necesita ayuda para cubrir su tratamiento.
