Hi my name is Roci , I am a single mother to a beautiful 12 year old girl. Ive been living in Maui for 11 years. Everything in my life was going well, I worked hard to have establish a housekeeping business cleaning AirBnB's for the past 4 years. I was able to support myself and my daughter and our dog. Unfortunately the Lahaina fires destroyed my home, belongings as well as effecting my cleaning business with the decline in tourism. I don't qualify for much assistance. We have been living in a hotel since the fires. The stress of continuing to find a stable home on top of the trauma our family has been through has been very difficult to cope with. As an independent, hard working mother it is difficult to ask for assistance. We thank you from the bottom of our hearts.
