- Hi, my names Buck I am a coach @ Rochdale Mayfield u12s we are going to tour France next year! We play rugby league in the Northwest counties league- We are trying to raise funds for our tour here's a breakdown of the costs. Date – 11-09-2024

- Rochdale Mayfield group rate - as follows.
- Resort 7 nights 4-star beach side resort bed sheets provided, stadium tour, 2 matches with officials
- Sanctioning the tour via FFR1
- Behind the scenes’ Stadium tour, Watch the Dragons players training session,
- accommodation cost £269pp
- Full board £33pp per night preferred package x 7 =£231pp
- Total per person £269 + £231=£500

- FRENCH TOUR 23rd May – 30th 2025
- Our departure date from Mayfield as 22nd May 2025 to be in France for 23rd May 2025. The departure date from France is 30th May 2025 to arrive back at Mayfield 31st May 2025.
- The price for a full-size team coach, with 34 seats, table, kitchen, tv’s and toilet. The price for this is equal to that of an executive coach with 53 forward facing seats, the upgrade to team spec is free of charge for us.
- The ferry at this time as their prices for next year have not yet been released, I would estimate the ferry to be no more than £1000 return.
- We would require 2 drivers for the duration of the trip, with single room accommodation to be provided.£500 x 2 drivers = £1000 includes full board
- The price in total would be £9,950.00 plus the ferry. There is no VAT on coach travel.

- £12,400 paid for by parents leave to total cost for us to raise =£15,050
- Tour kit approximate £3k vests, t shirts, Bucket hat and Polo shirts for all who are coming!
- Parents who are available will need to be DBS certified
- Our tour games will be seen on Rochdale Mayfield Tv via YouTube- will also be taking a day diary send the information back to our club who will edit it and upload on the club's social media platforms fakebook, X, Instagram, clubs' website, and you tube accounts.
